Black Panther
Resin-Bonded Arris Cup Wheel
This wheel is specifically designed for the machines in which arris is made without using diamond wheels.
The bond offers a great lasting quality and a grinding power, meeting all requirements to achieve excellent polishing results on the industrial level.
Arris wheels are produced according to
the following bonds and grits:
# 280 gr - Medium fine/hard bond to
be used without diamond wheels
# 400 gr - Fine/hard bond to be used
after diamond wheels
# 600 gr - Extra fine/Hard bond to be
used after diamond wheels.
Elephant HS/CE
Rubber-Bonded Polishing Wheel
Polishing wheels made by a polyurethane-bonded material, with a completely homogeneous matrix extremely resistant to wear and tear.
Available in Cup, CE Cup, Peripheral and H/S Peripheral shape, the wheels are produced according to the following grits:
S 46 gr - Very coarse/soft bond
S 60 gr - Coarse/soft bond
S 80 gr - Coarse medium/soft bond
H 120 gr - Medium fine/hard bond
H 180 gr - Fine/hard bond
H 220 gr - Extra fine/hard bond
Leopard
High-Concentration Porous Cerium Ox Wheel
Leopard is a cerium high-concentration cup wheel for flat edge and arris polishing.
It's homogeneous porous surface combined with the high concentration of cerium oxide is granting an excellent finish of the edge surface, while the combination of high quality raw materials is granting a lifetime above standard to the wheel.
Featuring a porous structure with high CeO2 concentration, this wheel excels in achieving high-gloss finishes on glass surfaces.
Peacock
Spiral Felt Wheel (with or without plastic plate)
Peacock is a spiral polishing wheel made with an armed synthetic polyester felt impregnated with resins.
It grants an excellent final polishing.
It is recommended for all type of bevelling and straight-line machines for glass, hard stones and ceramic.
The particular morphology of the fibres grants maximum durability with minimum waste of cerium oxide or abrasive paste during the polishing phase.
It is available in all sizes for all type of machines, AS WELL WITH INTEGRATED PLASTIC PLATE.
Procyon
Cerium Oxide Synthetic Rubber-Bonded Wheels
Procyon is a new polishing wheel for high quality finishing and superior polishing efficency.
It’s a cerium synthetic rubber-bonded wheel available in cup or peripheral shape.
The particular bonding composition of this wheel, if used with water as coolant, guarantees the highest possible gloss result with:
■ Manual bevellers
■ Straight-line & bilateral Machines
Gives the excellent brilliance for the edge of treated flat glasses
Use at 1.700 Rpm as maximum speed
Puma
Resin-Bonded Groove Wheel
Resin-bonded groove wheels and edge polishing wheels in cup and peripheral shape.
Various grades of abrasive grit and cerium oxide are combined and bonded with a special resin fixing firmly the particles of this new compound of clay type wheels, ensuring the correct hardness to grant the highest finish touch on hand operated semiautomatic, automatic edging machines and CNC grooving machines.
Perfect for precision groove polishing, this resin-bonded wheel offers consistent results and long-lasting wear.
